1. Introduction
This Policy explains how FullTasks processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR, applicable in Portugal and the other countries of the European Economic Area, and with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 - LGPD). It applies to our websites, contact requests through scheduling, WhatsApp or email communications and third-party embedded content when present.
We are responsible for processing when we determine the purposes and means of personal data processing. In some cases, we act as processors for business clients, according to contract.
1.1. Essential Definitions
Personal data any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing any operation involving personal data, such as collection, storage, use, sharing and deletion.
Controller the person who decides the purposes and means of processing.
Processor the party that processes data on behalf of the controller.
Cookies files stored in the browser that enable features, metrics and marketing.
2. What data we collect
We collect data strictly necessary to provide services and operate the site. Categories include:
2.1. Information provided by the user
Identification and contact data sent through meeting requests, email and WhatsApp messages.
Data submitted in meeting, briefing, or proposal requests.
Contractual and administrative data when services are hired.
2.2. Automatic collection
We may use cookies and similar technologies to measure audience, improve the site, and, when consented to, for marketing. Our GDPR.js controller blocks content and trackers until consent is given.
2.3. Embedded content
Videos, maps and other embedded content remain blocked until consent is given. By clicking to play or view, the user authorizes loading that content and its associated cookies.
2.4. Information from other sources
We may receive data from payment providers, partners and advertising platforms when consent has been given on those platforms.
3. Processing purposes
Providing and improving services, responding to contacts and organizing business conversations.
Executing pre-contractual and contractual obligations with clients.
Complying with legal and tax obligations.
Audience measurement and marketing, only with consent.

We do not use sensitive data in our standard operations. If a client shares their own content containing sensitive data, processing will strictly follow contractual instructions.
5. Cookies and consent control
The consent banner offers two options: “Accept” and “Decline”. By clicking “Accept”, the user authorizes all cookie categories listed below (functional, statistics/analytics and marketing), including the loading of embedded content. By clicking “Decline”, we limit use to what is strictly necessary and keep content blocked.
Anticipated Categories: Necessary Functional; Statistics/Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics); Marketing/Ads (e.g., Meta Pixel, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads), Automation/CRM.

6. Data sharing with third parties
We share data with providers that support us with infrastructure, hosting, site functionality and marketing, always under contracts and security measures compatible with GDPR/LGPD. We only share when necessary for the stated purpose, by legal obligation or with consent.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the user's country. For Portugal/EU, we use appropriate safeguards under GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). For Brazil, we observe LGPD requirements for international transfers.
8. Security measures
We adopt technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, such as access control, encryption in transit, audit logs and environment segregation. No measure is absolute; we evaluate and improve continuously.
9. Retention periods
We keep data only as long as necessary for the informed purposes and according to applicable legal and tax periods. After the period, we securely delete or anonymize it.
10. Your rights
LGPD (Brazil): confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information on sharing, revocation of consent, and review of automated decisions.
GDPR (EU/Portugal): access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, opposition, and withdrawal of consent; right to complain to the supervisory authority.
11. Privacy of children and young people
Our services are not intended for minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor without proper authorization, please contact us for removal.
12. Terms and Conditions
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Use of the site and services implies acceptance of both documents.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the version in force.
